Welcome to ‘F Cleaning. By using our website, booking services, or interacting with our platforms (including Instagram and WhatsApp), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our company, ensuring that all services are provided with transparency and professionalism.
Services Provided
‘F Cleaning offers professional cleaning services tailored to residential, commercial, and specialized needs. Each booking is made based on the information provided by the client, and services are delivered according to the details agreed at the time of confirmation. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services at any time, while ensuring that existing bookings are honored.
Booking and Payments
To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required before the cleaning service. The remaining 50% can be paid on the day of the cleaning, after the service has been completed. Full details of the property, requested services, and preferred date must be provided during the booking process.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the cleaning service. If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning, including the day before the appointment, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. This policy is necessary because staff and time are reserved specifically for each booking.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure our team can work effectively, clients are expected to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Any fragile, valuable, or personal items should be safely stored away before the service begins. F Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions of furniture, surfaces, or equipment within the client’s property.
Liability
While we take the utmost care in delivering our services, F Cleaning cannot be held liable for indirect or incidental damages beyond the scope of the cleaning service provided. In the rare case of accidental damage caused by our team, clients are required to notify us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the matter fairly.
Use of Website and Social Media
By interacting with our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp, clients agree to use these platforms respectfully and lawfully. F Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
Changes to Terms
