Booking and Payments

Payments are due either before or on the day of service, depending on the agreement made at booking. Accepted payment methods will be communicated clearly during the booking process.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules may change. Clients are asked to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee, as we reserve staff and time for each booking. F Cleaning also reserves the right to reschedule services in the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness or severe weather.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure our team can work effectively, clients are expected to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Any fragile, valuable, or personal items should be safely stored away before the service begins. F Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions of furniture, surfaces, or equipment within the client’s property.

In the rare case of accidental damage caused by our team, clients are required to notify us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the matter fairly.
