Questions students ask us
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. You can leave a key, let us in, or stay — whatever you prefer. Plenty of students study at the library while we work.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. We bring eco-friendly products, cloths and a vacuum. You don't need to prepare anything.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking; you pay the remaining 50% on the day, once the clean is done. The exact price is always confirmed on WhatsApp before we come — and that's the price you pay.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit is kept, because we've reserved staff and time for you.
Which cities do you cover?
Leuven, Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels — and we're expanding. In another city? Message us and we'll see what we can do.
