We receive this information when you fill in a form on this website, message us on WhatsApp or social media, or contact us by email or phone.

We use your data to answer your questions, prepare quotations, plan and deliver our cleaning services, manage bookings and send you practical service information. We only send updates, promotions or offers if you opt in to receive them.

3. Sharing your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with trusted service providers when it is necessary to complete a booking or meet our obligations (for example, our email delivery provider processes form submissions so they reach our inbox). These providers must protect your data and may only use it for the stated purpose.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No electronic storage or transmission is ever 100% secure, but we limit the data we keep to what we actually need.
